User introduction

It was formed by the merger of Hunan Medical University, Changsha Railway Institute, and Central South University of Technology. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, with a vice-ministerial-level administrative structure directly managed by the central government. It is ranked among the national Double First-Class, 985 Project, and 211 Project universities, and has been selected for the national 111 Plan and the Strong Foundation Plan.
